Change Management 

Projects (so also IT projects) cause changes in the way people do their daily work. These changes need to be well managed. This is often seen as the soft side of projects and a bit untouchable however it is very concrete.

Changes have to be identified well and in detail and need to be aligned with all stakeholders. After this the following for (end) user important topics need to be addressed:
-        Insight in what is going to change
-        Training in the new process
-        Coaching and support during the change

The setup and execution of an activity plan will secure maximum acceptance of the change by the organization.
